The staff are generally helpful and seem to know where stuff is...though there are some who seem less interested, which is a shame and lets the others down. The shop itself carries a HUGE range of goods and following a recent re-shuffle, things are easier to find. Well done to all for making an old factory building so useful to everyone in the community.
